Four-time Emmy nominee and Downton Abbey fame Michelle Dockery have joined filmmaker Robert Zemeckis’ adaptation of Richard McGuire’s graphic novel.
The project earned Robert Zemeckis six Oscars, including Best Picture, his first collaboration with writers Eric Roth, Tom Hanks, Mitchell, and Robin Wright since their collaboration on Forrest Gump.
Paul Bettany also co-stars here with Michelle Dockery. Based on the novel by McGuire, here is a breathtaking and revolutionary odyssey through time and memory.
The innovative story here focuses on a place in New England where love, loss, struggle, hope, and legacy play out between couples and families across generations – from the woods and later, from home. Michelle Dockery’s role has not yet been revealed.
Michelle Dockery began her acting journey with the 2004 drama His Dark Materials. She went on to star in various shows and was last seen in two shows in 2022, including Downton Abbey: A New Era and Anatomy of Scandal. Apart from these, the actress has also featured in various films such as the 2011 action film Hannah, the romance drama Anna Karenina (2012), and the 2019 crime action film The Gentlemen.
