While they have a huge fan base, the band members lead a lavish life with luxurious cars and houses. Now, the youngest member of the band, Jungkook is reportedly building a huge house in one of the poshest neighborhoods in South Korea.
BTS Jungkook consists of seven members, RM, Jin, Jimin, Suga, V, J-Hope, and Jungkook. As the eldest member of the band, Jin is currently training for military service; Others are focusing on their individual careers.
All band members have different interests when it comes to spending a lot of money. Looks like Jungkook is into real estate and wants to have several luxurious properties to his name. According to allkpop.com, Jungkook is building a luxurious house in Yongsan-gu, Itaewon-dong, Seoul, one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in South Korea.
In 2020, the singer bought a separate urban home in the region for 7.6 billion KRW (about $6 million). He obtained permission to build the property from Yongsan City in July of last year and soon demolished the existing house. The musician now has a plan for his new home.
The construction has started on the property, it has a floor area of 1161.04 sq. Meters, the land area of 633.05 sq. Meters and building area of 348.05 sq. Meters. Two floors of the luxurious house will be below the ground and three above the ground.
