Following the breakup of One Direction, most of the band members have gone on to enjoy a successful career with several hits. However, Liam Payne experienced a slight decline in his popularity and is now reportedly hoping to reunite with his former bandmates for a re-launch.
According to OK! Magazine, a source close to the 29-year-old pop star revealed she is “desperate” to get back with the band for the sake of her career. The source said, “Liam is desperate to get back on the road with the boys. His solo career hasn’t been as successful as he’d hoped, and work has become stagnant for him.” He wants to be successful and said, “He knows he has fallen out of favor with the public somewhat and believes the only way he’ll be able to win back his fans is through a One Direction reunion. “
While Liam Payne is reportedly ready to win back his bandmates, it should be noted that he has somewhat soured his relationship with them over the years. During his appearance on a podcast, Payne dissed his former fellow bandmates, including Zayn and Louis, and also claimed that the group was formed around them.
